Let's Catch Up with each other!
When: October 7 th, 6 pm - 10 pm.
Where: McMenamins Grand Lodge, Forest Grove OR, Children's Cottage
OAA is hosting a social event to celebrate our members! Buffet dinner and beverages are included for current members. We are aiming to celebrate and have an amazing night catching up with one another. Vendors will be present throughout the night so you can catch up with them as well! This event is FREE to members and a plus one. If you are not a current OAA member and become one now, we will carry your membership through 2023.
This is a small fundraising event. Raffle tickets will be available to purchase in addition to the live auction.
Current Schedule of the Evening (subject to change)
5:30 pm- Event starts - mingle with vendors
6:15 pm- Buffet dinner opens
7 pm - Audiology Trivia, hosted by the Student Academy of Audiology
8:00 pm - Live Auction
9:00 pm - Karaoke
Raffle drawings will take place throughout the night
A small number of rooms have been set aside at McMenamins Grand Lodge, you must call to book a room and reference the OAA Social Event.
If you prefer to stay at a more traditional hotel, there are several other nearby options.
