Let’s Make Some Noise about MAASA--Register for the ADA 2021 Virtual Fly-in MAASA Senate Sign-on Challenge, August 3-5, 2021

Let’s make some noise before the Senate adjourns for August Recess! On August 3rd, 4th, and 5th, ADA members and AuDvocates from around the nation will conduct a combined 100 virtual visits to connect with every U.S. Senator in every state and make the case for them to sign-on as a co-sponsor of the Medicare Audiologist Access and Services Act (MAASA), S. 1731 (and to thank those who already have).

Registration is easy! Simply click here and complete the form, noting your availability during Tuesday August 3rd, Wednesday August 4th, and Thursday August 5th for a web conference with each of your U.S. Senators. Attendees will receive a customized schedule, access to prep materials and advocacy training, and the login information for each meeting. Legislative meetings will be scheduled to coincide with the best availability of constituents and the availability of each Senator/Senate staff.

Your Senators will be more likely to sign on to MAASA if you sign on and meet with them—so please register to participate in the MAASA August Senate Sign-on Challenge! Non-members, including patients are welcome and encouraged to participate. Please contact advocacy@audiologist.org if you have any questions or if we can assist you in any way. Please register by July 15^th.
