Dear Exhibitor:
The Oregon Academy of Audiology and Washington State Academy of Audiology are pleased to announce our Collaborative Fall Conference in Hood River, Oregon. We expect 125 to 150 attendees as we join our two organizations. This conference will offer exhibitors more opportunities to meet with audiologists, audiology students, and hearing professionals in the Pacific Northwest.
Please look carefully over the sponsorship packages we will be offering as they have changed. Choose the package that best represents your desired level of support and do not hesitate to contact us with questions.
Exhibits will be located in the same room as the conference. All meals and snack breaks will be arranged to encourage participants to visit the exhibits.
We will also be continuing with the live auction, honors awards, and dinner event on Friday, October 13th. The live auction will benefit both WSAA and OAA. This will allow us to continue to expand our conference and benefits to the members.
